Can I do the Pre-license Salesperson and/or Brokers Class online?
Yes. On October 7, 2016 Massachusetts changed the requirement for the 40-hour pre-license Salesperson and Broker class. You are now able to complete the class by attending with a live instructor via webinars, live streaming or other media approved by the Board. Unlimited Realty Solutions will offer the online options starting in April of 2020.
How long does it take to finish the classes?
Typically, it should take about 2- 4 weeks to finish the entire 40hr course. There are eight 4 hour modules for the weekend and weekday evening classes each module has an additional 1 hour of at home study/assignment. All modules need to be taken to complete the course. Sat/Sun Crash Course cover 2 modules per day, so the 40 hours course can be completed in 2 consecutive weekends. Weekday evening courses typically take 4 weeks to complete by attending classes on Tues and Thur for 4 consecutive weeks.
Do I take the real estate exam at the end of 40hr class?
No. You schedule the test with PSI Exams, once you have finished studying. We will give you a certificate of completion that qualifies you to take the exam. The application package must to mailed or emailed to PSI for approval prior to candidate being able to schedule their exam. It is highly recommended that student mail in their application package as soon as possible after completing the course. It is the students responsible to follow the instructions in th PSI Candidate Information Bulletin prior to submitting the application.
Where do I take the test to get my license?
Once you complete the 40-hour class. We will give you your Candidate Information Booklet. Inside the booklet will be your Certification of class completion. The booklet is your proof of completing the training. You then schedule your exam through PSI Exams. They have testing locations in Auburn, Charlestown, Fall River, Lawrence, and West Springfield. How much is the SalesPersons class?
Approved schools charge different prices. Unlimited Realty Solutions offer one of the lowest price in the state. Our CURRENT Pre-license Salespersons course is $299 which is subject to change at any time. The class textbook guide, class handouts and quizzes are included in price. Also, we often have special promotions so check our website frequently.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
Yes. We offer full refunds within a certain time frame with proper notification. Please click here to view our full school policy on our website. There is no refunds after class start date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
What happens if I miss a class, or I’m unable to make a class due to an emergency?
Unlimited Realty Solutions Real Estate School is flexible with our course offerings and understand that things beyond our control may happen. Therefore, as long as you take each of the 10 class modules you may make up a missed class, space permitting. You will not receive your certificate of completion until the full 40-hour class is completed. Full Class must be completed within 6 months of original start date. After 6 months full class will need to be repeated and full class price will be charged.
How long do I have before taking the test?
Once you complete the class and receive your certificate booklet, you can schedule the exam as soon as you feel you are prepared. You have 2 years from the date on the booklet to past the test. Your certificate booklet will expire after 2 years. Unlimited Realty Solutions recommends taking the exam with 2 months of completing the class as class content is still fresh in your mind.
How much does it cost to register for exam?

How much is the Real Estate license?
- You pay for the real estate LICENSE the day you pass the exam. The cost for your license the day you pass the exam is between $103 and $150, the initial fee is prorated and depends on your birthday. License will renew every 2 years on your birthday. What is the difference between a Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license?
A real estate salesperson works with a real estate Broker to help people buy, sell or rent real estate. If you have never had a license before then you will need to get a real estate salespersons license first. When you get your license, you will affiliate with a licensed broker in order to work with clients and earn commission and/or referrals. Once you have worked with a broker for 3 years you can then take the 40 hours Broker pre-license course and take the test to become a Licensed real estate Broker. As a Broker, you may open your own real estate Brokerage, you may manage a real estate office, you may work for yourself. Some Brokers choose to continue to work under another Broker.
Is the class a live class or 40 hours of video?
The class is a live, in-person or online via zoom. Classes are taught by a live qualified instructor. Unlimited Realty. Due to the long day, Weekend Crash course will only be done IN- PERSON at the school located at 1229 River St. Hyde Park, MA.
What should I bring with me to class?
We recommend that you bring a notebook, pen, and a highlighter. Course materials will be given to you at class. There is no dress code, casual comfortable dress is fine. Also, during the warmer months one may want to bring a light sweater or jacket when we have the air conditioner on.

Is the online continuing education accepted by the Board?
Yes, our online continuing education is approved by the Board of Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers. Our Continuing Education courses are online only.

May I video or audio record classes?
No. Students are not allowed to record classes with audio or video recording devices, including smartphones and tablets. Anyone caught recording will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued..
