Cancellation and Refund Policy
Note: Massachusetts Law requires students to attend all required class hours
Salesperson and Broker Classes:
Cancellation requests received at least 72 hrs. prior to class start time will receive a full refund. Requests received less than 72 hrs. and at least 48 hrs. prior to class time will receive a full refund minus a $50 Administrative fee. No refunds for cancellations received with less than 48 hrs. prior to class start time (no exceptions). Student who do not notify Unlimited Realty Solutions Boston Real Estate School or who do not show up for first day of registered class, will not receive a refund. Any student who does not complete the full course within 4 months of original class start date will not receive a certification and no refund will be issued unless an extension had been requested in writing and approved. Request for an extension shall not be for more than 60 days. Requests to change date will be honored up to 72 hours prior to the start of class. Request to change date with less the 72 hours’ notice up to 48 hours prior to the start of class will be honored ONE TIME ONLY and will be charged a $25 Administrative fee. Request to change date less than 48 hours prior to start of class will be honored ONE TIME ONLY and will be charged an $50 Administrative fee. Request to change date with less than 24 hours notice will not be honored and no refund will be issued (no exceptions). All requests to cancel or change class must be received via email or by calling 617-833-6880. Send email to info@ursboston.com. All refunds request will be processed with 5 business days. Depending on original payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for refund to be credited back into your account. Registrations paid for via Cash will receive a check at the address used to registered within 7 business days after processed.
AVAILABILITY DEPENDS UPON CLASS ENROLLMENT. ALL CLASSES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION.
If a class is cancelled by the school, all registered and paid applicants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to another date. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on original payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for refund to be credited back into your account. Registrations paid for via Cash will receive a check at the address used to registered within 7 business days or applicants may pick up check in person with proper identification..
Completion Policy
Students have four (4) months from the start date of class to complete the full 40-hour course. Extensions may be granted on a case by case basis.
Repeat Policy
To qualify for this plan, the student must take both the state and national examination within six (6) months of certification. If the student fails either the state or national portion of the examination or both portions the student is eligible to repeat the full 40-hour class or any part of the class necessary. The student must provide the official test results and date of examination to be eligible to repeat the course. Repeat course are at no charge but must be taken within one (1) year of initial certification. New text books will not be issued BUT student can purchase new book.
Recording Policy
Classes are subject to remote audio and visual recording and broadcasting for security, quality control, and distance learning purposes. By registering for a class, students agree to be recorded, and agree that NextHome Unlimited Realty Solutions Real Estate School may use these recordings for any and all commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.
AUDIO AND/OR VIDEO RECORDING BY STUDENTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone caught recording the class will be removed from the classroom and no refund will be issued.
